What ingredients do you use in creating your products?
We use ingredients backed by scientific research. We also use a lot of traditionally exquisite Indian ingredients. It's the best of both worlds. We make sure that every single ingredient we pick serves a purpose and is mild, safe, and effective. We do not use harsh actives or drying ingredients.
When are you launching your next products?
We're currently working on 3 new products. We're an indie brand working on original formulas from scratch. We promise to drop them ASAP. For product launch updates, follow us on Instagram.
Are Haku Namah Tantra products cruelty-free?
We do not test our products on animals. All of our products are cruelty-free.

How long will my order take?
We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 6-7 business days.
What is your return/refund policy?
We offer refunds ONLY in cases of orders damaged in transit (broken, leakage, or any other mishandling). Write to us at care@hakuhere.com, attaching relevant images and details (Order number, name, address, date of delivery, and a message disclosing your issue with the order) within 48 hours of receiving the order. We do not take returns.
Once your request is approved, if you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days, and it will take upto 14 days for your bank to process it.
For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently offer shipping only within India.
